Q: What shipping documents do you provide?
A: We provide a full set of export documents: Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading/Air Waybill, Certificate of Origin, and Health Certificate as required by the destination country.
Q: What if the goods are damaged upon arrival?
A: Please take clear photos of the damaged outer cartons and products within 48 hours of receipt and email them to us. We will investigate with the logistics provider and propose a fair solution promptly.
